 • 1 pound walnut halves Pecans

 • ¾ c. Tea Salt
 • ½ c. tea cinnamon
Directions
 • Preheat oven to 250oF
 • Grease a piece of baking
 • In a large bowl, whisk together white egg and water until it becomes frothy
 • In other mixing bowl, combine salt, sugar and cinnamon
 • Add pecans to egg white and toss to coat nuts.
 • Remove nuts in mixing bowl and throw them into the sugar mixture until coated.
 • Spread the nuts on the prepared baking sheet.
 • Bake at 250oF for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes
 • Serve in a dish Colored or bowl for your family or friends
Baked apples with cinnamon
Ingredients
 • 4 to 6 apples
 • 2 v. tablespoons brown sugar
 • Aluminum foil
 • 1 package candy cinnamon red hot
Directions
 • Preheat oven to 350oF and measure your rate of brown sugar in large bowl
 • separated 4 to 6 pieces aluminum foil
 • Place each apple on a separate sheet and place about 1 tablespoon of candy around Sprinkle each apple with brown sugar number on each apple
 • Fold all sides of foil around each apple and place in a baking dish.
 • Bake for about 15 to 30 minutes
Eggplant baked with mushrooms
Ingredients
 • 14 oz mushrooms (fresh or frozen)
 • eggplant 17.05 oz
 • 1 cup sour cream
 • 1 onion
 • Salt to taste
 • Vegetable oil
Directions
 • Cut the eggplant into small cubes
 • Add salt to the eggplants and cut into cubes leave it for about 30 minutes
 • Wash the eggplant cube in cold water and drain
 • Cut the onions into cubes
 • Cut the mushrooms into strips
 • Sauté chopped onion in vegetable oil
 • Add eggplant and sauté for 5 to 7 minutes
 • Add salt, mushrooms and fry it for another 5 to 7 minutes
 • Place the eggplant with mushrooms on the baking dish for cooking
 • Add sour cream and bake at 350oF for about 25 to 30 minutes
Baked Bananas
Ingredients
 • 3 c. tablespoons melted butter
 • 4 c. tablespoons juice lemon
 • 5 c. tablespoons sugar
 • Bananas
 • grated lemon zest
Directions
 • Cut the bananas lengthwise and place in a baking dish
 • Pour lemon juice over the bananas lengthwise
 • Sprinkle some zest lemon zest on bananas
 • Drizzle a little melted butter on bananas
 • Bake until the fruit turns red
Fillets Baked fish
Ingredients
 • 1 ½ white fish fillets
 • cooking spray
 • 1 tsp tablespoons fresh lime juice
A light • 1 c. tablespoons mayonnaise
 • 1 / 8 tsp Tea black pepper
 • 1 / 8 onion powder
 • ½ cup fresh bread crumbs
 • 1 ½ tsp butter tea
 • 2 c. to Tea chopped fresh parsley
Directions
 • Place the fish in a baking dish coated with cooking spray
 • Combine mayonnaise, pepper, onion powder and lime juice in a small mixing bowl
