Banana pudding home made with condensed milk and Meringue recipe?

I do not want a flood "or" no-cook "recipe. I want to make the meringue on top and cook. This is the recipe pudding house I want. I make a recipe for banana pudding for Christmas, but I not find the recipe I used last year. Thus, it is made with condensed milk in the pudding and topped with meringue. I do not want Use pudding in a box! I need to find a recipe today, b / c I have to do my shopping on Dec. 8 The recipe should be about 20-25 people. Please indicate how many people it will! Best answer will be 10 pts.

For 20-25 people, I select a recipe favorite and do it twice. House Banana Milk Recipe 1 large can evaporated milk or milk 1 cup of milk for pets regular egg yolks 4 (reserve whites for topping) 1 cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 6-8 ripe bananas, vanilla wafers and evaporated milk even heat in a water bath over medium heat. Let milk get hot, but not boiling. In a mixing bowl, separate the yolks from the whites. , Lightly beat the egg yolks. egg whites and set aside. Slowly pour the hot milk mixture into egg yolks. Mix well. Add sugar and continue stirring. Return milk mixture to double boiler, stirring occasionally about 15-20 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat and let cool then add the vanilla. Stir. Line bottom and sides of a 9 X 13 casserole dish with wafers vanilla. Slice bananas on top of wafers alternating with sliced bananas and until you have 2-3 layers. Pour pudding mixture over bananas and wafers. Top with meringue. Yield: 10-15 servings. Meringue: 4 egg whites at room temperature 1 / 3 cup sugar / 4 c. teaspoon cream of tartar 1 In a clean bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar at high speed until peaks form began to form, but not dry. Add sugar gradually. When it peaks, it has spread over pudding and place in oven to broil lightly brown. It only takes a few minutes at most, so please look carefully. Cool slightly. Refrigerate. Yield: 8-12 servings.
