What is a good name for a dish freely invented?

I never use recipes. Everything I cook is the result of what's in the fridge, and my imagination. But whenever people ask me: "So what then?" I am generally at a loss for an impressive name. I would say something like "Beef Stroganoff" or "Quiche Lorraine", but it just did not name. Can you think of a name I could give it to the future, whatever it is, a unique name for all?

What is the best way to cook asparagus quiche with asparagus for?

I found two recipes both very similar, except for two things. A recipe says to blanch the asparagus and chop some for the quiche and organize all of several on top, the other said to cook the asparagus in butter and some wheels arranged in a pin on top (still together). Has someone tried both methods of cooking (In butter and blanched) if so, what was your favorite and why? I do this for dinner tonight because I left a ton of asparagus in the refrigerator. I would cut it into small pieces and steam in my steamer. Then it will be nice and soft and work well in a quiche. I do it for a casserole with cheese and rice is great.
