Does this (Turkish, Lebanese) eggplant dish have a recipe name?

I’ve had this really nice eggplant dish at a Turkish restaurant and a Lebanese restaurant, they were very similar in flavor but there was no name for it at either place, it was just called something like “stewed vegetables” or just that the dish was served with vegetables.
It was not spicy at all, and I think it contained red peppers and onions for sure, other than that I’m not sure what was in it. It had been cooked a long time and the flavors all blended together nicely.
Anyways, I’ve bought a bag of eggplants and really want to make whatever it was I had, but I can’t find a recipe that looks right! Help?

The French have a similar dish called ‘ratatouille’–delicious and very easy it make!

Vegetables … Lasagna need ideas please?

I want to make a vegetable lasagna and we found what looks like a great recipe, use the Alfredo sauce. The problem is that demand for chicken, but I want to serve this dish with ham (for Christmas dinner). Other than cheese, sauce, noodles and of course, the only thing the other, it is spinach (broccoli but I can use instead). So I am wondering what else is generally in a vegetable lasagna (because I need more than just broccoli or spinach in it … if I do not use chicken). I remember having vegetable lasagna years ago and it had shredded carrots, but I do not remember everything that was there. And before I get tips, know that I certainly do not want to add something like eggplant. THANKS!

I made a lasagna vegetarian chopped spinach and had three different kinds of mushrooms (portobello baby touches, and those with really small cap and long stem … the name escapes me right now, but I got rave reviews for her.

I made a Greek pot that kind of thing and eggplant recipe called for feta cheese to be sprinkled on the upper layer. It was in the oven for 45 minutes and does not melt at all, it was just tender. Is feta even collapse? And it was not overcooked, because not even the feta spread, he just stayed in its original form

yeah, feta is not one of those ooooey, cheese sticky. but if you just have to melt it, you can put a double boiler with milk and stir constantly as it heats. it decays more melt, but you flavored feta cheese sauce. you may have to thicken it a bit with a little cornstarch and water in the end, but it makes a sauce for delicious pasta, and once cooled, will big salad, a grilled chicken salad southwest? Pour this over a salad like that, and you have fans now. But back to your original Q: No, not really feta does melt well so that you can distribute or dive into it. he has too little fat. this is dry, as Romano or Parmesan. In addition, a dry cheese-er like that. they are not really the same thing but you get the drift.
