Help? Organic Dog Treats?
My stepmother has recently started selling truffles Vintage (A Gourmet Fudge kind of thing) to our market farmers on Saturday and we noticed that each brings to the dogs, so I want to do some organic treats for dogs big dogs, small dogs, puppies ect but it's hard to find a recipe I use fear of peanut butter because of all allergy sufferers. Any help is greatly appreciated.
I make my own and I treat dogs penut use butter, but again no one in our house is allergic. It is a recipe that I really love dogs and I found on the Internet for Apple Cinnamon Cookies: 20Drops.htm%% 20Cinnamon http://www.bullwrinkle.com/Assets/Recipes/Apple I've never tried this specific recipe, but it sounds good and it's organic: http://www.all-natural-dog-treat.com/homemade-dog-treat-recipes.html

homemade recipes for cats

You've spent hours reading books and articles you have subscribed to forums dog food parents, you've found some recipes they look delicious enough to eat you, you shop for beautiful fresh ingredients. Now you're all ready to start giving dog food homemade. So you cook up a treat that smells delicious, and then you click on a catch: your precious pooch does not want to eat!
Relax: this is not necessarily your kitchen that is at fault! If your dog has never had kibble, then it may take a while to get used the dog food homemade. Here are five tips to help them learn to appreciate real food.
Be sneaky: Introduce the new dog food gradually by mixing a little in his normal food, increasing the new food slowly over a period of days. Dog food homemade is a new experience for him in the texture and taste, it is hardly surprising that it takes some time to adjust.
Also hot? Do not forget the recent cool cooked foods at room temperature before you give your dog. Verify that there is no "hot spots" in the middle of the meal, especially if you have used the microwave.
That hungry: Remove uneaten food after about ten minutes. Your dog has not need to snack or "graze" it is not a sheep. If you try to encourage her to eat something new, it will be much more interested he had the chance to actually get hungry. A dog model of natural diet is to eat a big meal when the opportunity arises, then relax. Regular meals are now part of canine life after mankind has domesticated the wolf first. It is OK to feed your adult dog only once or twice a day.
Stimulating the taste try a pinch of grated parmesan, or net flavorful stock. If it feels good, you have half the game won. If you insert raw meat and your dog does not, try browning the outside rapidly the meat before offering him until he gets the idea.
Competition: If you have another dog or cat, try two of them together psychology can work wonders. If all else fails, try to pretend to eat are some of the dog food yourself. This always works for me. Most dogs seem convinced that if food is on the plate of the man, he must be something special! The last resort would be really something to share with him that you're eating well: I've never known a dog that could resist a piece of sausage.
Whatever you do, do not be discouraged. When your dog has eaten the dog food to homemade few weeks and you can see the improvement of their welfare, you'll be glad you persisted.

homemade recipes for dogs

Did you at least one framed photo of your dog somewhere in your house … or maybe in your wallet? Your dog is pretty darn close to being the center of your universe? Do you love spoiling him, responds to all its groans and cries, and spend hundreds of dollars on a little tidbit? Say that dogs are the best friends of man is anything but a cliché. You may be the most miserable person in the world without a friend to your name … but your dog will treat you like royalty every time you walk in the door. So how do you repay that unconditional love and devotion? There are hundreds of ways different!
1. Spoil him rotten.
Many people spend a lot of money in the smart shops pet, dressing their dogs in hundred-dollar sweaters and paying for meticulous pedicures. They buy diamond studded collars and give their room all the dogs themselves. You probably do not have the budget for things like that, right? You can still spoil your dog with simple, everyday things that cost you at least absolute. The next time your dog needs a bath, concentrate on giving him a massage while you work the shampoo into his coat. Take it for a drive times a week. Or you can …
2. Making him a treat from your our kitchen! Often you can find recipes that can be a real treat for him and for you! It is a double advantage.
You know that food must be both delicious and nutritious food to ensure he has as long and happy life possible. Why not try making some homemade treats and dog food that are absolutely packed with all the vitamins and the nutrients it needs? Bake the cake, delicious healthy dog for his next birthday, or to share a few cookies with him, but remember your dog can not get food of man, the chocolate from your chip cookie chocolate could make you sick.
3. Preparing for the worst.
If you know exactly what to do in a difficult situation or emergency, you increase the infinite chances that your dog will be around for a long time to come. Do you know what to do when he's choking? You should take your dog on his side and put a hand on her back and one on his belly, just behind his rib cage. Using the hand, stomach and push toward the throat twice, but without much force. If you can see an object Abroad, sweep your fingers in his mouth to remove it. If he chokes again, place your mouth over his nose and exhale until his chest rises. Repeat once and then thrust two more times. Continue until he coughs obstruction. Now imagine what would happen if he started to choke and you had no idea what to do, then ended up devoting 10 minutes to call and conduct of veterinarians there. Make sure you are prepared to take care of their health and well-being is a great way to show him how you like it.
4. Speak their language.
Unless you believe in pet psychics, there's really no way for you to read the mind of your dog figure out exactly what she thinks. The good news is that, as dog owners, the problems you have can probably be attributed to one simple thing: you try to communicate with your dog from a human perspective, and your dog is not a human being. Rather than saying "no" a word that does not really mean anything to a dog, try growling in a deep throaty voice, the next time you're not satisfied with any thing he did. He will get the message immediately and you will not have to go through a great battle, the lengths of wills. He will thank you to meet halfway!
These are just some ways you can show your dog how much he or she means to you.
