1 / 2 pound of beans or red rose
1 teaspoon crushed chili peppers
1 tablespoon salt
1 / 2 teaspoon of seeds cumin
2 teaspoons corn oil
1 slice bacon, cut into small pieces, optional
1 carrot, peeled and chopped Optional
1 Bell pepper, seeded and chopped, optional
1 small white onion, peeled and chopped
4 small yellow squash, sliced (or about 3 cups diced pumpkin)
4 ears corn, cut from the COB cob rejected, or about 4 cups kernels
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 cup chopped tomatoes (canned or fresh)

Soak beans overnight and drain. Cover them with fresh water and boil for about an hour with pepper and salt until beans are tender but not mushy. Remove from heat and drain. Set aside.

Roast cumin in large nonstick skillet over low heat, about 5-10 minutes, until it began publishing its smell. Increase heat to medium-high. Add the bacon, corn oil, carrot and pepper if you use onion and garlic. © jumped 5 minutes.Â

What are the recipes delicious, but healthy for a picky 13 years? Something that is just the house like apples. I need some recipes for breakfast, lunch, snack time, dinner time, etc. Thank you SO much!
Breakfast: This is an OOD one you could try GOOD boiled egg 12 slices bread, crusts removed 4 eggs, beaten 2 1 / 2 c. milk 3 / 4 lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated 1 / 2 c. Tea. salt 1 / 2 tsp Tea. pepper 1 / 2 tsp Tea. paprika 1 / 4 tsp. salad herb butter 6 slices of bread on one side and put them, buttered side down in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Butter the remaining 6 slices and place, butter side up, on top of slices in a baking dish. Beat eggs, milk and seasonings together and pour over bread. Refrigerate 12 hours or overnight. Bake one hour at 300 degrees, cut into squares and serve. Lunch HOT ROAST BEEF SANDWICHES 1 pounds roast beef, thinly sliced 1 can beef broth 1 whole onion, thinly sliced 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 small can sliced mushrooms 3 tablespoons Wondra flour 2 tablespoons ketchup 1 / 2 c. at. onion powder 1 / 4 tsp. garlic powder 1 / 4 tsp. each salt and pepper In a medium saucepan, bring beef broth to a boil. Add onion and garlic powder, ketchup, sliced onions and sliced garlic. When the broth comes to a boil, drop the meat separated sliced roast and remove immediately heat. Using a slotted spoon, remove the roast beef broth after 2-3 minutes. Return the pan to the broth on high setting and sprinkle flour Wondra on the surface, stirring briskly to prevent lumps. Simmer over medium heat 5 minutes. At the last minute, drain the sliced mushrooms and Add. Pour over roast beef on white bread. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve. FRUIT SNACK Snack Cakes 2 pkg. Pillsbury Rolls (Pop-In-free) 1 can cherry or blueberry pie 2 v. soup. sugar 2 eggs 2 c. soup. Take milk 2 Series 8 or 9 inch cake pans and grease. Place the round pieces of rolls in a saucepan and wells in the center. Spoon pie filling into each well. Beat eggs, milk and sugar, divided equally over both pans. Bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes or until browned. Dinner 1 Alfredo Pasta / 2 pounds egg noodles, cooked al dente 1 / 4 cup milk, partly skim ricotta cheese 1 / 4 cup nonfat yogurt 1 / 4 c. Parmegiano freshly grated 1 c. soup. olive oil Salt and freshly ground pepper When Pasta is cooked to taste, drain and return to saucepan. Add remaining ingredients, seasoning to taste with salt and pepper. Toss well to mix. Servings: 2. VARIATIONS: ALFREDO pasta with mushrooms: Heat oil in a heavy skillet and fry 1 1 / 2 cup mushrooms settled for 3 to 5 minutes. Toss with pasta and remaining ingredients. Pasta Alfredo WITH GARLIC AND ONIONS: Heat the oil in a skillet thick bottom sauté 1 large onion, sliced and 1 large garlic cloves, minced until the onion is tender, about 5 minutes.
