Children Vegan meals?

My sister is a vegan and she has twins she was raising to be vegan as well. I am not vegan / vegetarian (no comments about my lifestyle please!) but now I take care of children while she is deployed overseas. Its their birthday soon and I really want to throw a party, but I can not find ideas for things that most children 6-7 years old that do not eat. I can not even for pizza because they have milk in them and its starting to be frustrating, but I do not want to tell my nephews to suck just because mommy abroad. Any ideas or links to sites that have good recipes? I know that her children can eat, but I do not want to order food for everyone and two children can say "No you can not!" So I'm looking for vegan food that will appeal to their friends (who have no dietary restrictions).
