Or if, like me, you like to still take the Kids trick or treating, you can always do a Halloween party for adults – a great way for grownups to have a chance to act like children again.

Whether hosting a adult Halloween party or for the kiddos, one of the most important things to think about it … food! Here are some quick and easy recipes for Halloween for your next party. Your kids will love them and most adults too.

Halloween Cookie Pizza Recipe

Ingredients:
Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (Pillsbury)
3 c. tablespoons peanut butter
1 Tub cake with vanilla frosting
1 Package Mini Nuggets chocolate

Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350 ° F. a Cut cookies chocolate chip dough into a ¼ inch thick. Place the slices on the bottom of a foil greased 12 inch pie. With floured fingers, press slices to form crust dough cookie pizza. Place crust in oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. Once the pizza crust cookie dough has cooled, carefully remove the crust with foil and place on a serving platter. Spread peanut butter evenly over crust and sprinkle candy corn and chocolate chips over the whole. Sprinkle ¼ cup melted frosting over cookie pizza. Cut into wedges and serve.

Black Jello Halloween Party Recipe

Ingredients:
1 6 ounces Grape Jello package
2 cups purple grape juice, chilled
1 cup water
1 small carrot, grated
4 large marshmallows
1 16 oz can unsweetened pineapple chunks, drained
1 16 oz can light sliced peaches, drained
2 cups green seedless grapes, washed
1 cup ice cubes

Instructions: If bilateral pineapple and peach slices are drained Dissolve Jello in 1 cup of boiling water. When the frost is completely dissolved, add the grape juice and chilled 1 cup ice cubes. Stir until all the ice cubes are dissolved. Add grated carrots to jello. Cut marshmallows into small pieces and add with cut peach and pineapple chunks. Leave whole grapes for eyeballs. Chill, then stir as it thickens to distribute benefits equitably.

Ingredients:
1 bottle of 2 liters of soda Black Cherry
1 bottle of 2 liters of soda Fruit Punch
1 box frozen strawberries
1 bag gummy worms

Instructions: For two bottles of soda in a punch bowl. Place the box of frozen strawberries in the soda melt. Stir occasionally as the strawberries melt. Just before serving, add the bag gummy worms. You can also fill a rubber glove with water and freeze. Before placing the bowl of punch on the table, remove the rubber glove and put the frozen hand in the punch bowl to keep it cold.

Baked in three layers, it is filled and frosted with a combination orange juice, dark chocolate mousse, frozen and thawed whipped topping. Delicious! The House Chocolate Strawberry Shortcakes are the chocolate twist perfect on a favorite dessert.

CITRUS CHOCOLATE CAKE

1 can (18 1 / 4 oz) cake mix chocolate
1 orange, zest and juice
2 packages (2.8 ounces each) dark chocolate mousse mix
1 carton (12 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Prepare cake mix as directed on package, add 2 tablespoons of orange zest. Divide dough into 3 to 8 molds to inch round cake. Bake approximately 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in timber in center comes out clean. Cool in pan about 5 minutes then transfer to rack to cool completely. Place both packages of foam mixture into a medium bowl, mix. Add 1 / 4 cup orange juice. Beat the mixture for 2 minutes. Stir in whipped topping. Refrigerate until glaze layer cake. Put one layer on a serving platter. Add 1 cup of glaze. Add a second layer and repeat, add third layer. Using Other ice, freezing completely the top and sides of cake. If you wish, use slices of orange into thin slices arranged in the center cake for garnish.

NOTE: Did you know that oranges may help reduce blood cholesterol? They contain terpenes that reduce cholesterol levels and are high in LDL-lowering fiber.

Chocolate Strawberry Shortcakes

1 1 / 2 cups flour use
2 / 3 cup sugar
1 tsp tablespoon baking powder
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 / 4 c. Tea Salt
3 / 4 cup light cream or half and half
1 pint sliced strawberries
Whipped Cream

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, cocoa, and salt. Stir to mix well. Gradually add cream, mix with a plastic spoon or timber until the great mixture sticks together. Lightly grease a baking tray. Knead dough on a lightly floured surface for about 1 minute. Pat dough into a rectangle 3/4-inch thick. Cut the pastry dough into 6 rounds Using a biscuit cutter. Organize parties on the prepared baking sheet. Place in oven and bake at 425 degrees for about 15 minutes. Cool on a grid. Split the shortcakes in half horizontally. Top half the rounds with strawberries and whipped cream. Replace the upper half and garnish a dollop of whipped cream topped with one or two halves of strawberry. Serve immediately after assembly.
