Cheesecake Filled Strawberry Recipe

Cheesecake Filled Strawberries
This creative twist on the Classic Strawberry Topped Cheesecake that will surely impress your guests. Such a simple recipe will be a breeze to make!
What You Will Need:
2 pounds large strawberriesTwo 8 oz blocks cream cheese, softened8 tablespoons powdered sugar2 teaspoons good quality vanilla extractGraham cracker crumbs (approximately 20 grahams)
Directions:
Thoroughly clean the strawberries, and remove the leafy tops. Clean out the inside of the strawberry with a paring knife or melon baller to make a cavity inside the strawberries. Cut a small portion of the tip (non leafy end), so that the berry can sit flat on a surface.
Mix (either by hand or mixer) the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and the vanilla until the filling is smooth. Fill the cream cheese mixture in a piping bag with a tube tip. If you do not have a piping bag, fill a zipper bag with the mixture and cut a small hole in the corner.
Fill up the berries with the mixture, and then dip into the graham cracker crumbs. At this point you are done! Enjoy the impressed looks of your guests as they devour this simple, but impressive dessert!
Variations:
Experiment with different filings. Using the filing above, and adding flavorings such as almond, cherry, lemon, or even liquor, could be good options.
For a healthier version, try making the filling with a natural organic yogurt, sweetened with honey, and then filling the berries.
If you are diabetic, or are just trying to cut calories, you can replace the powdered sugar. Blend up an artificial sweetener (Splenda, Nutrasweet), with a little cornstarch in a blender or food processor. This mixture will naturally be sweeter then the equivalent amount of powdered sugar, so for the Cheesecake Filled Strawberry recipe, only use 6 tablespoons of sweetener instead of the 8 tablespoons mentioned.
Try dipping the strawberries into tempered chocolate for another great variation of this dessert!
Tips:
The “gourmet” biggest strawberries are going to be the best choice for this recipe, so try to pick out the largest berries you can find at your local farmers market or grocery store.
Make sure that your cream cheese is softened prior to use. This will make the filing smoother and easier to work with than using a cold cream cheese.
This recipe is best when made day of, and since they are so simple and quick to make try to make them right before serving.

J'ai d'abord fait ce gâteau pour les convives ya environ deux ans. Je n'ai pas arrêté recevons des demandes pour elle depuis. Bien qu'il soit fait avec des ingrédients extrêmement riche, le gâteau se révèle merveilleusement léger. Je n'ai jamais aimé le gâteau au fromage bien avant j'ai essayé cette recette – mais le garçon, j'ai été réformé! C'est assez facile de faire aussi! TEMPS DE PRÉPARATION 30 min TEMPS DE CUISSON 1 Hr prêt en 2 heures 30 min Ingrédients 1 tasse de beurre, 4 température ambiante (8 oz) de crème paquets fromage, ramolli 1 1 / 2 tasses de sucre blanc 5 oeufs, à température ambiante 2 tasses crème épaisse 1 1 / 2 c. à soupe de fécule de maïs 1 cuillère à café de vanille MODE Préchauffez le four à 350 ° F (175 degrés C). Graisser et fariner un moule à charnière de 9 po. En utilisant un mélangeur électrique, battre le beurre, le fromage à la crème et le sucre jusqu'à consistance légère et mousseuse.
