low fat recipes nutritional information

Judging fat in recipes?
When fat by looking at what is a good guideline for the percentage of fat content to know weather it is considered high or low? I was told by a dietician at the Read labels to look for items of 5% or less fat, but the same percentage applies to revenue? I found a site that displays the nutritional information in recipes and when I check the boxes I think are healthy, it seems that the fat is still high. I realize there is a difference between good and bad fats, but quick tips when checking a recipe would be appreciated.
Your best bet here is to look at the ingredients of the recipe, things like cream, butter, ghee, two Greek yoghurt, cream and other will obviously be high in fat. Change oil olive oil, put the cream yogurt plain low-fat whenever possible and cut the fat from meat and chicken. Hope this helped
