Candy Bar Imitations
1 / 2 cup butter
1 package devil food cake mix
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup chocolate chips sweet
1 cup coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
Mix butter and cake mix in large bowl until crumbly. Sprinkle this mixture evenly in a jelly roll pan (15 x 10 x 1 inch). Press mixture into bottom of pan. Put nuggets caramel, chocolate chips, coconut and pecans on top of the mixture in an even layer. Add sweetened condensed milk over entire mixture. Bake in an oven at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. The top should be golden brown. Cool and cut into bars.
Butterscotch Brownies
1 (Package 14 ounces) caramels
1 can evaporated milk
1 package chocolate cake mix German
2 / margarine, melted 3 cups
1 cup chocolate chips
1 / 2 cup chopped pecans
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt caramels and 1 / 3 cup evaporated milk. While it is melting, combine cake mix, margarine and 1 / 3 cup evaporated milk. Put half the cake mix in a pan 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Put it in an oven at 350 degrees for 6 minutes. Add chocolate chips and pecans in an even layer over the cake in the oven. Pour the mixture evenly over the caramel chocolate chip / pecan layer. Then pour the other half cake mix over the caramel layer. Bake for 20 minutes. Let brownies cool and cut into bars.
Easy Lemon Bars
1 package lemon cake mix
1 egg
1 / 2 cup oil
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese
1 / 3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon tablespoon lemon juice
In a medium bowl, combine cake mix, egg and oil together. Reserve 1 cup of cake mixture. Put the mixture into remaining cake 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. While this is cooking, combine cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice. Mix well. Spread this mixture over the cake mixture in the oven. Take 1 cup of cake mix reserved and sprinkle on top. Bake for 15 minutes. Cool and cut into bars. Refrigerate leftovers.
