I need help selecting a recipe for a party Finger Food International. Suggestions please?

I will cooking at my university in a few weeks for a fundraiser and need help! I am a decent cook at home, but I am far from being a leader. I have many drinks, I want to do, but none of them give off an international atmosphere. So here's what I need: food needs to be concentrated. It must be linked to a specific country. The main factor is, I do about 200 of them! I will have a restaurant kitchen to use and all the supplies are donated by the local supermarket. I like to catch the eye elegant dishes but with as high an amount, im thinking I have to go the easiest route. Thank you all for help! PS-Meatballs are already taken.

What are some simple recipes birthday party?

My step-son (he has eight) asked if he and his little sister (my baby is 6wks) could take their dad a surprise 30th birthday party. I said yes because she is a cute idea. Normally, when there is a party or gathering at home for my husband helps me prepare the food, but since he is the one who gets the part I can not ask ideas. So does anyone have a simple appetizer (finger food) ideas and recipes they can share? Thank you! icon smile appetizers for parties recipes

This is It's an idea cute! what a treat! I'm impressed that you are ready to take on w / a baby 6 weeks old! Pan of hollow type (broccoli-cheese, crab, shrimp, Buffalo chicken) can all be assembled ahead and frozen. Then just throw in the oven the day. So you can them in advance and your DH will not know (freeze them in houses nearby if you only have the fridge freezer and had to get curious.) chicken wings are definitely easier. Buy a big bag of frozen and raw. Cook until done and out the skin is crisp, then sprinkle w / choice sauces (Buffalo, BBQ, hoisin sauce, dressing and parmesan chz, honey mustard, etc.) They are also good warm or room temperature. Layered dip Mexican is always good, served w / tortilla chips or Fritos Scoops robust. I would do three smaller, rather than one huge. Then rotate them as they manage to look bad, even when they have good taste.
