Me and some friends organized a little "Dine With Me"-style parties. Those who do not dine with me is a program in which four candidates get together and each provide a three course meal and entertainment for an evening and you scored ten by their teammates. I'm not really much of a cook so it would be nice if someone could give me some ideas for recipes I could study? Ideally, I need a few appetizers, a main entrance and a dessert. Nothing too heavy but because none of us have a huge appetite! help is much appreciated, best answer will be awarded.
