Tea * Salt 1 1 / 2 cups coarsely chopped pecans table * 1 / 4 cup all-purpose flour * Bourbon Whipped cream, recipe below * Ice cream, optional Directions Heat oven to 350 degrees F and arrange rack in middle. Coat 8 per inch baking dish with butter-8 and set aside. Combine pumpkin, cream, eggs, sugar, 1 / 4 cup brown sugar, Bourbon, if you are using, ginger, nutmeg, 1 / 4 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 / 8 c. teaspoon salt in large bowl. Whisk until well blended and pour into baking dish. Cut butter into small pieces and add to a medium bowl. Stir in pecans, flour, remaining sugar and 1 / 4 cup brown, 1 / 4 teaspoon cinnamon 1 / 8 c. teaspoon salt and mix until it holds together breaks down somewhat, but still. Scatter the topping over the pumpkin mixture and bake until edges are puffed and filling is located in the center, about 55-60 minutes. Remove to a rack and let cool to room temperature. Serve with Bourbon Whipped Cream and / or ice cream. Bourbon Whipped Cream: * 1 cup heavy cream * 1 'soup confectioners sugar * 1 tablespoon bourbon Add cream in a medium bowl. Does anyone have a good recipe for Pumpkin Cheesecake?
I used to have a cake recipe pumpkin cheesecake, but I lost it and I'm eager to get another. My family loves it here and I would do it for them.
Ingredients: 1-1/2 cup crushed gingersnaps 1 tablespoon sugar 1 / 4 cup butter, melted FILLING: 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened 3 / 4 cup sugar 2 eggs lightly beaten 1 can (15 ounces) solid-pack pumpkin 1 c. Tea ground cinnamon 1 / 4 teaspoon ground ginger 1 / 4 teaspoon Coffee ground nutmeg 1 / 8 c. Tea salt FILLING: 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream 1 / 4 cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract cinnamon, optional Directions: In a small bowl, combine the bread crumbs of ginger and sugar. Stir in butter. Press the bottom and sides of a greased 9-inch. deep pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and beat at low speed just until blended. Stir in pumpkin, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt. Pour into crust. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until center is almost set. In a small bowl, combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Spread over pie. Bake 8-12 minutes or until set. Cool on wire rack. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
