good low carb snack recipes?
I’m hosting a football party and am on a low carb diet. I’d like to make some appetizers that I can eat, too. Any good ideas or recipes?

Ingredients
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons oregano (dried)
1/4 cup olive oil
pepperoni (sliced)
mozzarella cheese (shredded)
French baguette
Directions
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2Slice Baguette diagonally about 1/4″ to 1/2″.
3Brush each side of bread with Olive Oil.
4Place bread on baking sheet.
5Sprinkle Garlic Powder& Oregano over bread slices.
6Place 1 or 2 slices of Pepperoni on top of spices.
7Sprinkle shredded Mozzarella over Pepperoni.
8Bake@ 350 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes.
9Serve immediately.

Crab Stuffed Mushrooms CARBS= 1.0 g

25 mushrooms
Ingredients
25 fresh mushrooms (large enough to stuff)
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 tablespoon milk
1 (6 ounce) can crabmeat
2 tablespoons minced onions
1/2 teaspoon horseradish
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
salt
breadcrumbs
Directions
1Blend all ingredients except mushrooms.
2Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
3Fill mushroom caps with mixture.
4Sprinkle top with breadcrumbs.
5Bake at 350 for 10 minutes in a shallow buttered dish until hot and bubbly.
