Hello, I need an easy recipe for banana bread! Can someone help, please!?
Banana Bread
3 cups of flour
1 teaspoon of soda
1 teaspoon of cinnamon,
1 teaspoon of ginger
1 teaspoon of nutmeg
2 cups of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of nuts (optional)
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups of salad oil
1 can of crushed pineapple
1 1/2 1 teaspoons of vanilla
2 cups of mashed bananas – approx 4
Sift the dry ingredients and then add all the other ingredients together. Stir mixture until well blended and pour into greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-80 minutes. This is an absolutely delicious, and very moist, banana bread recipe.
