recipes and copyright law
I have a recipe that I want to protect because I want to produce things – I want the copyright for himself?
I have a recipe I want to produce and sell heavily in the Shops – can I copyright that nobody can copy it when it's in stores? so we have (by law) to all who are in ingerdiants a product's packaging?? If so how Coke has a secret recipe?? also dose anyone know a name of a packaging company??
You have so much work before even thinking of a conditioner. You must first protect the contents of your product, it is a service mark or trade mark is. You must first determine if there is something else instead the market may already have protection from afar, for your product. This is done by what is called research. Your best bet is to start by making the simplest procedure first. Have a written statement of non dislosure up, This will protect your idea from being stolen while the show for production initiatives. When you find a MFG, packer and distributor, you now have this little problem, no one makes new products without some recognition of the name. What you could do the liquidation is to have someone buy your concept and Trade he scored under a brand name already recognized. It is a long and complex process and even cost you a lot of money,,, There are other ways to do it on a local basis. Start small. label on the packaging mix and sell your products to local markets establised, create a roadmap of turnover, as it grows, then you have something to offer,,, good luck hope this helped.
