Can I cook a dish of corn in the slow cooker?
I have a recipe for a dish of corn. It calls for creamed corn, maize grain bread mix, eggs and lots of sour cream, butter, the recipe says cook for 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Do you it would be nice to cook in a pot over high heat for 6 hours? I need to do now for a party tonight but she must also attend a funeral in advance. Thank you for your advice. Oh, and it also launched cheddar cheese during the last stage of cooking.
Usually if something needs to be cooked in the oven, it's so fluid Cook Off to be so firm and cause a crust. The slow cooking could making too runny.
