Any good recipes for children who are fast, easy and nutritious? my son is sooooo picky!?
Hi all. I usually eat son vegetables or fruit, except for carrots. He will eat a bannana if I force too. He is not underweight but I need to make healthy foods with high calories b / c it skips lunch. He does drink. I need recipes that are easy to make with simple ingredients and current buy bc I work nights and have a child care as files. Recommendations or recipes you would be great! He will be turning 8 years now. thank you!
